Off of highway I-95 Take the Newburyport exit number 57 / Rt. 113 East Follow Rt. 113 for 3 miles it becomes High Street Continue on High Street into Newbury until the next traffic light just past town pond Turn left onto Rolfes Lane. Follow Rolfes Lane 1 mile to the end. Turn right onto Plum Island Turnpike / Water Street Follow 2 miles to the end past Plum Island Grille Restaurant Turn right onto Southern Blvd. Follow 1/2 mile as it loops around and becomes Fordham Way.
