The President Hotel with its rich history and Art Deco charm, designed by L. Murray Dixon, is a beautiful, non smoking, boutique hotel under Swiss Management. It showcases 1930s classic Art Deco elements ranging from patterned terrazzo floors and framed windows to wrought iron railings. A fourth floor with Penthouse Rooms was added during a recent renovation by a French designer. The hotel is located within the Art Deco District of South Beach, only one block away from the beautiful sandy beach and just a few steps from Lincoln road or the area's popular shops, clubs, and restaurants. Aside from being spacious and comfortable, the hotel's 64 crisp and modern rooms are an aesthetic treat, each with an attractive green and white color scheme. Each room has one wall completely covered with a picture portraying green elements of nature. Tile flooring and high-thread-count linens can be found in each room, as well as Czechoslovakian crystal chandeliers that add a touch of elegance.Hotel offers 24 Hour front desk, international staff, Bellman, Spaghetti Bar and Restaurant Italian Cuisine, homemade pasta dishes, Presidential cocktails and more.
