Fully furnished 4 bedroom villas Luxurious amenities for 8 Our finest units, the 4 bedroom, 3 bath villas are a perfect choice for up to 8 guests, a magnificent living environment for the best of family vacations. Four bedrooms, four great bedding arrangements: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full and 2 twin beds stock the rooms, respectively. Leave restaurants behind with a large living/dining area, powered by a complete kitchen with full size Kenmore appliances (range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer). Akin to the 3 bedroom villas, TV/remote, private bath and patio access accompany the master bedrooms. Finally, the living room contains a full size sleeper sofa, and a TV/VCR/remote (video rentals at the management office) with cable. All Lake Marion villas are equipped with a starter supply of soap, paper products, laundry/dishwasher detergents, drinking glasses, dishes, cook/bakeware utensils and a wide variety of small appliances. Extra linens and towels are provided in each villa for your convenience. Non-smoking/no pet rooms and/or cribs are available upon request. There is a 45.00 cleaning fee for stays of less than three nights. Pets under 20 pounds are allowed with prior notice to property and a 250.00 deposit.

Two queen size beds staff the master bedrooms, complete with a TV/remote, private bath and patio access. The guest bedroom is equally as comfortable, with 2 soft twin beds of its own. Finally, the living room contains a queen size sleeper sofa plus a TV/VCR/remote (video rentals at the management office) with cable.
